ALEXANDER TEKNİĞİ’NİN TEMEL UYGULAMA İLKELERİ VE ÇALIŞMA YÖNTEMLERİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, 19.yüzyılın sonlarında ortaya çıkan
Alexander Tekniği ile ilgili bir derleme çalışmasıdır. Alexander Tekniği, aktör
Frederick Matthias Alexander’ın sahnede sesiyle ilgili yaşamış olduğu
problemleri çözmek için kendi üzerinde yaptığı çalışmalar sonucunda ortaya
çıkardığı bir yöntemdir. Daha sonra bu teknik farklı kişiler tarafından da
uygulanmış, işe yararlılığı görüldükten sonra hızla yayılmıştır. Bugün dünyanın
pek çok müzik okulunda ve konservatuarında ders olarak verilen Alexander
Tekniği sadece performansçılar için değil, diğer meslek dallarıyla uğraşan
kişilerin de bedenlerinin yanlış kullanımlarını engellemelerine ve daha doğal
ve rahat bir kullanım yolu bulmalarına yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu araştırma
Alexander Tekniği ile ilgilenen öğrenci ve eğitimcileri bilgilendirilmek ve bu
tekniğe olan bakış açısını genişletmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada
Alexander Tekniği ile ilgili yazılmış kaynaklardan bir derleme yapılmış ve
sırasıyla Alexander Tekniği’nin temel uygulama ilkeleri ve çalışma yöntemleri
incelenmiştir.
