Abstract

Hipertansiyon, önlenebilir ölüm nedenleri arasında ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Tedavi yetersizliğinde en önemli nokta, yaşam tarzı değişikliklerinin yeterince önemsenmemesi ve önerilmemesidir. Asemptomatik gidişatı nedeniyle tedaviye uyum zordur. Hipertansiyonun tanı, tedavi ve takibinde esas sorumluluk aile hekimlerindedir.

A Practical Approach to Hypertension

Abstract

Hypertension is the leading cause of preventable deaths. The most important point in the treatment failure is that; the lifestyle changes are not taken into account and recommended sufficiently. Compliance with treatment is difficult due to its asymptomatic progress. The main responsibility in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of hypertension is on family physicians.
