Abstract

çalışmada
ülkemiz makromantar türlerinin yayılış alanlarının, yerel halk tarafından
kullanımı ve yenilebilirlik niteliklerinin ortaya çıkarılması ve makromantar
genetik kaynaklarının muhafazası amaçlanmaktadır.

Sürekli
proje olarak yürütülen çalışmanın ilk beş yıllık (2006-2010) diliminde, Türkiye
genelinde anket çalışması yürütülmüş ve iller üzerinden yenilebilen mantarların
envanteri çıkartılmıştır. Bu dönemde Ege ve Marmara Bölgesi’nden 653 makro
mantar örneği toplanmış ve bunların 178 adedi tür seviyesinde teşhis
edilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar çerçevesinde Ege Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü
bünyesinde fungaryum ve spor bankası oluşturulmaya başlanmıştır. İkinci beş
yıllık dilimde arazi çalışmaları çoğunlukla Ege Bölgesi’nde yürütülmüştür. 2015
yılı itibariyle, ETAE Fungaryum’undaki materyal sayısı 1.186’ya, teşhis edilen
örnek sayısı 588’e ulaşmıştır.

Macrofungi Genetic Resources of Turkey I. Aegean Region

Abstract

Objectives of this project are; determination of macro-mycota
distribution of Turkey, achieving information on edibility of mushroom species
and their utilization by the local people and conservation of mushroom genetic
resources.

For these purposes; questionary studies were conducted and inventory of
mushrooms were determined between 2006 and 2010.  During these years, 653 mushrooms were
collected from Aegean and Marmara Region and
178 of them were identified. Within the frame work of this project, fungarium
and their database and spore bank have been created. During second term of the
project collection programs were carried out at Aegean Region. 1.186 fungarium
samples have been conserved and 588 fungarium materials have been identified
since 2015.
