Results: %96 of the nurses who participated are women, 53,8% are married, 46,5% are nursing graduates, and 7% are nursing graduates. The total mean score of the HECS applied to the participants was 92.44±18.05, and the total mean of the Job Satisfaction Scale was 3.38±67, and there was a positive correlation between them (p<0.05, r=.539). There is a statistically significant difference between the total Hospital Ethical Climate and Job Satisfaction scores of the participants who enjoy their profession and receive in-service training (p<0.05).

Conclusion: It was determined that nurses’ hospital ethical climate perceptions and job satisfaction general score averages were high, and as the ethical climate perception increased, their job satisfaction levels increased.

Abstract

Amaç: Kamu hastanelerindeki hemşirelerin çalıştıkları hastanelerdeki hastane etik iklimi algılamalarının iş doyumu üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır.

Yöntemler: Üniversite ve devlet hastanelerinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 273 hemşireden tanıtıcı bilgi formu, Hastane Etik İklim Ölçeği (HEİÖ) ve İş Doyumu Ölçeği ile veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı korelasyon analizi, Durbin Watson testi, Lineer Regresyon analizi, t Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans analizi (ANOVA), Dunnet T3 Post Hoc testi, Kurskal Wallis H testi, Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır.

Bulgular: Hemşirelerin %96’sı kadın, %53,8’ i evli, %46,5’ i hemşirelik lisans mezunu, %7’si hemşirelik yüksek lisans mezunudur.
