Abstract
Hiperhidrozis (aşırı terleme) dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu nedeniyle metilfenidat tedavisi alna çocuklarda nadiren bildirilmiş bir ilaç yan etkisidir. Dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu tanılı çocuk ve ergenlerde aşırı doz metilfenidat alımına bağlı hiperhidrozis bildirilen birkaç vaka örneği vardır.Biz bu olgu sunumumuzda dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu tedavisi için uzun etkili metilfenidat ( Concerta ) kullanımı sonrası gelişen hiperhidrozis yan etkisini bildirdik.
