Abstract
In the globalizing world, it has been observed in the studies that the importance of strategic purchasing management is increasing day by day with the internationalization of the competition between the enterprises in the health sector and the desire to adapt to the rapidly changing world. In this context, the study aims to examine the articles published in the international field between 2010-2022 on strategic purchasing management in the health sector and to obtain theoretical inferences. The 15 most recent studies between the years 2010-2022 were included in the review. As a result of the study, the structure and management of the provider organizations, which are important for determining the real needs of the society and managing the right medical demand within the framework of the strategic purchasing method, were emphasized in the studies. The importance of developing more collaborative and long-term relationships with suppliers has been understood. It has been determined that the strategic purchasing policies implemented by the enterprises provide superiority in terms of competitiveness and supply process as well as cost advantage. At the same time, it has been determined that the awareness level of policy makers regarding the establishment of infrastructure in the health sector should be increased so that they can reach the full potential of strategic procurement in health systems.

Abstract
Küreselleşen dünya’da sağlık sektöründeki işletmeler arasındaki rekabetin uluslararası boyutlara gelmesi ve hızla değişen dünyaya uyum sağlama isteği ile stratejik satınalma yönetiminin öneminin gün geçtikçe artığı yapılan çalışmalarda gözlemlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, çalışma sağlık sektöründe stratejik satınalma yönetimiyle ilgili uluslararası alandaki 2010-2022 yılları arasında yayınlanan makalelerin incelenmesi ve teorik çıkarımlar elde edilmesi amacını oluşturmaktadır. Ulaşılan makalelerden 2010-2022 yılları arasındaki en güncel 15 çalışma incelemeye alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda stratejik satınalma yöntemi çerçevesinde toplumun gerçek ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi ve doğru tıbbi talebin yönetilmesi için önemli olan sağlayıcı kuruluşların yapısı ve yönetimi yapılan çalışmalarda vurgulamış olup tedarikçilerle daha fazla işbirlikçi ve uzun vadeli ilişkiler geliştirebilmelerinin önemi kavranmıştır. İşletmelerin uyguladıkları stratejik satınalma politikaları maliyet avantajı yanında rekabet ve tedarik süreci gibi konularda da üstünlük sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda sağlık sistemlerinde stratejik satınalmanın tam potansiyeline ulaşabilmeleri için, sağlık sektöründe altyapı oluşturmaya ilişkin politika yapıcıların farkındalık seviyelerinin artırılması gerekliliği tespit edilmiştir.
