Abstract
2015 yılını kalkınma çabaları açısından önemli kılan birkaç neden bulunmaktadır. Öncelikle 2015 yılı, 2000 yılının Eylül ayında ilan edilmiş olan “Binyıl kalkınma Hedefleri (BKH)” performansının değerlendirilmesi için seçilmiş olan hedef yıldır. 2000-2015 kalkınma döneminin performansının değerlendirilmesi ve bu on beş yıllık tecrübeden yola çıkarak, 2015-2030 yılları arasında izlenecek olan yeni kalkınma gündeminin çerçevesinin çizilmesi ile ilgili toplantılar, konferanslar, bilimsel çalışmalar, 2015 yılı yaklaştıkça sayı olarak artmıştır. 2015 yılı ile birlikte bu değerlendirme sürecine katkıda bulunan çok sayıda kişisel görüş ya da kurumsal rapor yayınlanmıştır.
