Manuscripts can be in Turkish, English, or German.
File Format
Manuscripts must be written in Microsoft Word (Microsoft Office 98 and higher versions) format (with .doc or .docx file extension).
Contact Information
Along with the manuscripts and the required forms, information about the author's name and surname, title, institution, ORCID number, easily accessible telephone numbers and e-mail addresses should be sent to the editor.
Main Title Abstract and Keywords
Manuscripts submitted to the journal should include a title in Turkish and a foreign language (English or German), an abstract of at least 100 and a maximum of 200 words, and at least five relevant keywords.
Page Layout
Manuscripts should be written following the format requirements below.
The title of the manuscript in Turkish and below it in a foreign language should be at the top, center-aligned, in 14 points, all in capital letters. The name and surname of the author should be placed under the subject title and justified to the right.
The author's institution and title, e-mail address, and ORCID number should be indicated in a footnote (with an asterisk) on the first page.
Titles
Chapter titles should be numbered “I, II, III, …”, justified, bold, 12 points, all in capital letters.
Sub-headings should be numbered “A, B, C…”, justified, bold, 12 points, and the first letters of the words in capital letters.
The following headings are “1, 2, 3, …” followed by “a, b, c…” “aa, bb, cc…”, “aaa, bbb, ccc…”, justified, bold, 12 points. , the first letters of the words should be capitalized.

Abbreviations
The word used for the first time in the text should be written long and its abbreviation should be indicated in parentheses.
E.g.: First use: Turkish Civil Code (TMK). Second use: TMK
Attribution Rules
References should be made according to the footnote method. Footnote numbers should be used before the punctuation marks.
The surnames of the authors are written with the first letter capitalized and in italics.
E.g.: Eren, ...
Footnotes
Footnotes used in the manuscripts should be at the bottom of the page, Times New Roman, 10 font size, 1 line spacing, justified.
For books with one author, the surname and name of the author, the title of the book in italics, the number of editions, the publisher, the place of publication, the year of publication, the page numbers ("p.") should be included respectively. There is no need to specify the edition number for single prints.
E.g.: EREN, Fikret: Borçlar Hukuku Özel Hükümler, 6th Edition, Yetkin Kitabevi, Ankara, 2018, p. 10.
For articles, the surname and name of the author, the title of the article in quotation marks, the name of the journal in which it was published, the year, volume and issue numbers, page numbers ("p.") should be included.

For books and articles with more than one author, a “/” sign should be placed between the name and surnames of the authors.

For edited books and symposium publications, the surname and name of the author, the name of the work (section) in quotation marks, the abbreviation (Ed.), the surname and name of the editor or translator, the title of the book in italics, the number of editions, the publisher, the place of publication, the year of publication, page numbers ("p.") should be included.

For official or private publications, reports, etc. whose authors are unknown, the publisher, the name of the publication, the date of publication, the page number ("p.") should be given in order.

In master's and doctoral theses, the surname and the name of the author, the title of the thesis in italics, the name of university and the institute, the city, the date and the page number ("p.") should be included.

After first use, only surnames should be written in the footnotes.

If more than one work by the same author is to be used, the abbreviation of the relevant work should be stated in parentheses and in the bibliography at the end of the first citations to these works, and in repeated citations; the surname of the author, the abbreviation of the work in italics and the page number should be followed.
E.g.: AKİPEK / AKINTÜRK / ATEŞ, Başlangıç Hükümleri, p. 10.
If there is more than one work in the footnote, ";" mark should be used.

In references to judicial decisions; the court name, office, date of the decision, merit, and decision number should be stated.

For the decision of ECHR, the following formatting should be used: ECHR, Applicant, App. No. ..., Date, Paragraph Number ("§").
The URL and access date should be specified in electronic resources.

Bibliography
The bibliography should be listed in alphabetical order according to the surnames of the authors.
The first reference to a work in the footnotes and the format of the work in the bibliography should be the same.
If the work included in the bibliography is an article, a paper, an edited book chapter, etc. the first and the last page numbers of the work should also be in included.
