Manuscripts may be written in Turkish, English, or German.

Full-text files must be uploaded to the system in “.doc” or “.docx” format, prepared using Microsoft Word.
Contact Information
A footnote attached to the title on the first page of the manuscript includes the author's full name, academic title, institutional affiliation, ORCID information, and email address.
Main Title, Abstract, Keywords, Extended Summary, and Word Limit
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not exceed 16,000 words, including the title, abstract, keywords, extended summary, main text, footnotes, and references. Each manuscript must include a title, an abstract of no less than 100 and no more than 250 words, an extended summary of no less than 600 and no more than 800 words, and at least five keywords. The title, abstract, and keywords must be provided in two languages: the language of the manuscript and one of the other accepted languages. The extended summary must be prepared only in English and should outline the purpose of the study, the legal issue addressed, the main findings, and the conclusions.
Page Layout
1. In full-text files, the page layout is set to A4 page size, with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm and left and right margins of 2 cm.
2. In the text section of the full-text file, Times New Roman is used as the font; and in the font and paragraph settings, “12 pt”, “1.5 line spacing”, and “justified” options are used.
3. The title, in the language of the manuscript and in another language below it, is placed at the top, centered, in bold, 14 pt, with initial letters capitalized.
4. The author’s name and surname are placed below the title in the foreign language, aligned to the right. The author’s title, affiliated institution, e-mail address, and ORCID information are indicated in a starred footnote added at the end of the surname on the first page.
Headings
1. Section headings must be in Roman numerals (I, II, III, …), justified, bold, 12 pt, and all uppercase.
2. Subheadings must use capital letters (A, B, C, …), justified, bold, 12 pt, and title case.
3. Further headings should follow this format, all justified, bold, 12 pt, and in title case: 1, 2, 3, …; a, b, c, …; aa, bb, cc, …; aaa, bbb, ccc, ...
4. Each heading must have a left indent of 1.25 cm.

Abbreviations, Author Names, and Foreign Words
1. The first time an abbreviation is used, the full term must be written out, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

2. Author surnames cited in the text should be written only with an initial capital letter and in italics.

Footnotes
1. Citations must be given in footnotes, and footnote numbers should be placed before punctuation marks in the text.
2. In the footnote section of the full text file, Times New Roman must be used; font and paragraph settings must be 10 pt, single-spaced, and justified.
3. For foreign-language works published in a foreign-language journal or by a foreign publisher, generic terms such as “edition,” “volume,” and “issue” must be translated into the manuscript’s language. For works not written in the Latin alphabet, proper names must be given in the Latin alphabet without being translated into the manuscript’s language.
