Pneumatic Control of Cellephone Welding Mechanism in Sachet Pack Machine

Abstract

In this study, the reorganisation of horizontal sachet pack machine's thermoplastic film shaping parts are studied by using pneumatic system principles and equipments. It is aimed to prevent the usage difficulties of mechanical power transmission system with pneumatic system equipment at the end of the study. In order to adapt pneumatic system for the machine, electropneumatic equipment supported by PLC program are used. Cylinders, sensitive sensors, directional valves, and pressure control valves are used on the sealing tools, cutters, carriers, grippers, vacuum tools, and blower.

Paketleme Makinesinde Selofan Kaynak Yapma Mekanizmasının Pnömatik Kontrolü

Öz

Bu çal ış mada bir yatay paketleme makinesinin termoplastik filmin şekillendi ği bölümlerin, pnömatik ekipmanlar ve prensipleri kullan ı larak yeniden düzenlenmesi yer almaktad ı r. Çal ış ma sonucunda mekanik güç aktar ı m sisteminin kullan ı m zorluklar ı n ı n pnömatik sistem ekipmanlar ı kullan ı larak giderilmesi amaçlanm ışt ı r. Pnömatik sistemin makineye adaptasyonu için PLC program ı destekli elektropnömatik ekipmanlar kullan ı lm ışt ı r. Kaynatma çeneleri, makas, ileticiler, tutucular, vakum elemanlar ı ve üfleme bölümlerinde silindirler, hassas alg ı lay ı c ı sensörler, yön kontrol valfleri ve bas ı nç kontrol valfleri kullan ı lm ışt ı r.
