Bu çal ışmada 10- 150 p.g/ml miktarlar ı ndaki glifosat herbisitinin tek ve kombine Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus p/antarum, StreptococCus thermophilus, Streptococcus lactis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Pediococcus pentosaceus bakterilerinin geli ş imi ve laktik asit üretimi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmi ştir. Glifosat ı n L. bulgaricus suş ları n ı n gelişimlerini genellikle stimüle ederken, diğ er test bakterilerinin geli ş imi üzerinde, inhibisyon etkisi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yap ı lan çal ışmalarda glifosat ı n artan konsantrasyonlar ı nda 10-150 pg/m1 gerek tek kültürlerin, gerekse kombine kültürlerin asit üretiminde azalma oldu ğ u belirlenmiştir.
In this study the effect of 10-150 j.i.g/m1 of glyphosate solution on single and mixed cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Streptococcus lactis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Pediococcus pentosaceus were investigated. In general, glyphosata simulated growth of L. bulgaricus. On the other hand herbicide were inhibited growth of other test bacteria. Results showed that increasing glyphosate solution 10-150 ug/m1 was decreased acid production by single and mixed cultures
