Körbarsaktan izole Edilen Lactobacillus Suslar ı n ı n Baz ı Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Daha asit üretimleri, pr üretimlerinin 2.20 belirlenmi ştir. Prot E.coli K12 107 ve göre daha fazla in ;nceki çal ış malar ı m ı zda körbarsaktan izole edilen ve tan ı mlanan 36 adet Lactobacillus su ş unun laktik teolitik aktviteleri ve patojenlere kar şı antibakteriyel aktiviteleri incelenmi ştir. Suşları n laktik asit $-6.800 mg/ml ve proteolitik aktivitelerinin 0.013-8.600 mg tyrosine/5 ml aras ı nda değ i ştiğ i olitik aktivitesi yüksek su şlar diğer su ş lara nazarar ı daha az laktik asit üretmi ştir. Su ş lardan 25'i ise typhimurium 60-62'yi de ğ i şik düzeylerde inhibe etmi ştir. S. typhimurtum 60-62'nin E. coli K12 107'ye ibe edildiğ i, en etkili su şlar ı n L. fermentum KY2002 ve L. plantarum KY2402 olduğ u saptanm ışt ı r.

Abstract

T Some properties o antibacterial activit and proteolytic acti less lactic acid tha levels. It was foun Lactobacillus strai tal number of 36 Lactobacillus strains were isolated and identified from cecum in our previous study. those strains were determined, These properties were lactic acid production, proteolytic activity and against pathogens. It was determined that lactic acid productions ranged from 2.200 to 6,800 mg/ml, ity ranged between 0.013 and 8.600 mg tyrosine/5 ml. Strains with high proteolytic activity produced the others. Beyond that 25 strains inhibited E. coli K12 107 and S. typhimurium 60-62 at different that S. typhimurium 60-62 was inhibited more than was E. coli K12 107, and the most effective s were L. fermentum KY2002 and L. plantarum KY2402.
