Bu çal ış ma 1993 y ı l ı nda Ankara Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi seralar ı nda tesadüf parsellerinde bölünmü ş parseller deneme metoduna göre dört tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmü ştür. Celiklerde köklenmeyi te şvik için büyümeyi düzenleyici maddelerden IBA, IAA ve NAA 6 ve 12 saat süreyle, 100, 250, 500 ve 1000 ppm dozlar ı nda uygulanm ışt ı r, C. ovata çeliklerinde en yüksek köklenme oran ı Nisan ay ı nda yürütülen denemede IAA'n ı n 12 saat süreyle uygulanan 500 ppm dozundan %41 ve NAA'n ı n 500 ppm dozundan %29.5 oran ı nda elde edilmiştir.
This study was carried out at the experimental field and in the greenhouse of Field Crops Department, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ankara in 1993 year. Experiments were conducted in split plots in randomised plots design with four replications. Cutting were treated with IBA, IAA and NAA at 100, 250, 500 and 1000 ppm concentrations with 6 and 12 hours periods to induce rooting. The highest rooting rates in C. ovata 41.0% was achieved by treating the roots with 500 ppm IAA for 12 h and 500 ppm NAA for 12 h 29.5% in the experiment carried out in April.
