Mercimekte Lens culinaris L. Bakteri Aşılama Yöntemleri ile Farklı Zamanlardaki Herbisit Uygulamalarının Verim ve Verim Öğelerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştı rma 1996 y ı l ı nda Ankara-Beypazan Ilçesi Uru ş beldesinde yürütülmüşta'. Çalışmada rnateryal olarak, laışl ı k Pul-11 mercimek çeşidi tohumları , Rhizobium leguminosarum bakterisi ve Krallı k 100 SL herbisiti kullanı lmışt ı r. Araşt ı rmada; bitki boyu, bitki a ğı rlığı , bakla say ı s ı , bakla ağı rlığı , hasat indeksi,100 tane a ğı rlığı ve yerime ilişkin değerlerde aşı lama yöntemleri ile herbisit uygulama zamanlar ı interaksiyonlan önemli bulunmu ştur. Bitkide tane say ı sı ve tane ağı rlığı yönünden interaksiyon önemsiz bulunmu ş, bakteri aşı lama yöntemleri ve herbisit uygulama zamanları önemli farkl ı lı klar oluşturmuştur. Araşt ı rma sonuçlar ı na göre; rnercimekte bakteri a şı larrı ası yapı lan parsellerde, a şı lama yap ı lmayaniara göre bitki özelliklerinde daha yüksek de ğerler elde edilmiş ve bakteri aşı lamas ı yla mercimek yerimi önemli düzeyde artmi şt ı r. Mercimekte yabanc ı ot kontrolü amacı yla kullanı lan herbisit Pursuit 100 SL , uygulama zamanlar ı na göre önemli farkl ı l ı klar oluşturmuş , ekimden hemen sonra yap ı lan uygulama birinci uygulama zaman ı en iyi sonuçlar ı verirken, özellikle çiçeklenme ba şlang ı cı nda uygulanan üçCricü uygulama zaman ı herbisit, mercimek üzerinde olumsuz etkide bulunmu ş ve en düşük değerler elde edilmiştir.

Effects of Rhizobium Inoculation Methods and Herbicide Treatmer ı ls of Different Times on Yield and Yield Components in Lentii Lens culinaris L.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Uru ş subdistrict , Beypazar ı district of Ankara in 1996. The variety of winter lentil named Pul-11 was used as seed material, and also Rhizobium leguminosarum and Pursuit 100 SL were applied as inoculant and herbicide, respectively. The interaction between inoculation methods and the different time herbicide applying was significant statistically in characteristics of plant height, plant weight, number of pods, pod weight, 100 seed weight, harvest index and yield except number of seed per plant, and seed weight per plant. According to results of the research; the value of characteristics investigated in plots done inoculation were higher than in plots done no inocuiation. The yield increased with inoculation. Herbicide Pursuit 100 SL usecl for weed control in lentil have caused significant differences according to applying times of herbicide. The best resulte were obtained first applying time that was after sowing. The third applying time, application of herbicide which is done in the beginning of blooming gaye the lowest values and caused negative effects.
