Bu çal ışmada, yeni hasat edilmiş patates yumrular ı nda üç farkl ı eksende, dört farkl ı h ı zda penetrasyon karakteristikleri belirlenmi ştir. Bu amaçla 8 mm çap ı nda silindirik bir bas ı eleman. kullan ı lm ışt ı r. Deneyler sonucunda ortalamalar aras ı fark yönünden deformasyon enerjisi, gerilme ve maksimum kuvvet parametrelerine ait eksenler aras ı fark ı n önemli olmad ığı belirlenmiştir. Deformasyon h ı z ı blok olarak al ı nd ığı nda ise gerilme ve maksimum kuvvet parametrelerine ait ortalamalar aras ı fark ı n x-x ekseni değerlerinden kaynakland ığı ortaya konulmu ştur.
In this study, penetration characteristics were determined in three different axis and four different loading speeds for potato. For this purpose a 8 mm cP cylindrical indentier was used. The results of these experiments are : Differences between axis of deformation energy, stress and maximum force were not significantly according to differences of means. However, differences of means of stress and maximum force parameters were significantly according to x-x axis values for loading speed as a block.
