Fruit of Buckthom plant was prepared in the ratios of 25 %, 50 % and % 100 according to the weight of the wool carpet yams. The samples vere used to obtain hot extract by boiling A and 1 hour, and to obtain cold extracts by rested 24 hours of period with cold water. According to the weight of the carpet yams, 14 mordants vere added to these extracts in the ration of 1 %, 2% and 3 %. Dying process was done as 378 with mordants and 9 without mordants. The colours of Buckthom vere labeled and analysed by datacolor and the type of these colours varied from light yellow to bold green.
Cehri, yöne göre % 25, % 50, % 100 oranlar ı nda 1/2 ve 1 saat kaynat ı larak sıcak ekstrakt, 24 saat soğuk suda bekletilerek soğuk ekstrakt elde edilmiştir. Bu ekstraktlarla 14 adet mordan kimyasal madde yüne göre % 1, % 2, % 3 oran ı nda kullanı larak 378 adet mordanlı 9 adet mordans ız boyama yapı lmıştı r. Boyanmış yün ipliklerinde elde edilen renkler adland ı nlmış ve datacolarla değerlendirilmiştir. Ekle edilen renkler aç ı k saman sarısı , kehribar, zerdeçal, pişmiş elma gibi renklerden salamura yaprağa kadar değişiklik göstermiştir.
