Abstract

Patellar tendon rüptürü nadir görülen bir diz injurisidir ve bu injurinin geç tamiri konusundaki yayınlar oldukça azdır. Bu makalede semitendinosus tendonu ve fasia lata flebi kullanarak yeni bir teknikle tamir ettiğimiz geç bir olgumuz sunulmuş ve bu olgumuzun sonuçlan ve literatürün ışığında patellar tendon rüptürlerinin geç dönemdeki cerrahi tedavisi tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Rupture of the patellar tendon is a rarely seen injury and the articles about late reconstruction of this injury are very few. In this article, a Iate case which was reconstructed with a new technique using semitendinosus and a fascia lata flap was presented and in the light of our case and the literature, surgical reconstruction of Iate patellar tendon ruptures was discussed.
