Abstract

The treatment of unstable combined pelvic fractures with urogenital complication has many difficulties. We operated an unstable pelvis fracture in 47th day after the traffic accident, which emergency treatment was done in a rural state hospital and delayed due to bladder rupture. We also diagnosed uretrovaginal fistule when hospitalized and treated it. The results of this case and literature know ledge are presented.

Abstract

Ürogenital komplikasyonlu instabil kombine pelvis kırıklarının tedavisi birçok güçlükler arzeder. Araç dışı trafik kazası geçirmiş ve bir taşra devlet hastanesinde mesane rüptürü nedeni ile tedavisi bir ay geciktirilmiş instabil bir pelvis kırığı olgusuna yaralanmadan 47 gün sonra cerrahi tedavi uyguladık. Kliniğimize geldikten sonra üretrovajinal fistül de saptanarak bunun da tedavisinin yapıldığı vakadan aldığımız sonuç literatür bilgisi ışığında değerlendirilerek sunulmuştur.
