A multiple fragmented unstable pelvic fracture with delayed urogenital complication we treated surgical (case report)

Abstract

The treatment of unstable combined pelvic fractures with urogenital complication has many difficulties. We operated an unstable pelvis fracture in 47th day after the traffic accident, which emergency treatment was done in a rural state hospital and delayed due to bladder rupture. We also diagnosed uretrovaginal fistule when hospitalized and treated it. The results of this case and literature know ledge are presented.
