Abstract

Cyst of acromioclaviculer joint is an unusual pathology. it shows a direct relation between acromioclavicuIer joint and glenohumeral joint. Usually in the cases having massive rupture of the rotatory cuff In the case of cyst of acromioclaviculer joint, the rotatory cuff should be examined. If simple cyst extirpation, is done without repair of the rotatory cuff, the prognosis is bad. Lateral end of the clavicle should be resected with extirpation of the cyst.

Abstract

Akromioklavikuler eklem kisti nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Genellikle masit rotator manşet yırtığı olan vakalarda akromioklavikular eklem ile glenohumeral eklem arasında direkt bağlantının olduğunu gösterir. Akromioklavikuler eklem kisti vakalarında, rotator manşet yırtığı onarılmadan sadece kist ekstirpasyonu yapılır ise, kistin tetrarlama riski yüksektir. Bu tür vakalarda öncelikle rotator manşet yırtığına yönelik tedavi ile birlikte ekstirpasyonu ve klavikulanın Iateral ucunun rezeksiyonu yapılmalıdır.
