Cyst of acromioclaviculer joint wlth the rupture of rotatory cuff

Abstract

Cyst of acromioclaviculer joint is an unusual pathology. it shows a direct relation between acromioclavicuIer joint and glenohumeral joint. Usually in the cases having massive rupture of the rotatory cuff In the case of cyst of acromioclaviculer joint, the rotatory cuff should be examined. If simple cyst extirpation, is done without repair of the rotatory cuff, the prognosis is bad. Lateral end of the clavicle should be resected with extirpation of the cyst.
