Examination of the relationship between the laser beam and the prostoglandins on the fractures of fhe rabbit fibula

Abstract

In this paper the relatisonship between the laser beam and the prostoglandins which we think has a big role on the activating effect of laser on bone repair has been analyzed. For this purpose shequantity of prostoglandins in the neigboring tissues of the 16 rabbits whose 32 fibulas have been broken has been measured in the group The increase in prosloglandins has been more rapid and more also in -uantity in the group that received the laser beam. The results have been compared with limited number of papers written on this subject their relationshin has been analyzed.

Laser'in prostogfandinlerle olan ilişkisinin tavşan fibula kırıkları üzerinde incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada laser'in kınk tamirini hızlandırıcı etkisinin nedenleri arasında önemli bir yer olduğuna inandığımız prostoglandinlerin Laser'le olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla 16 tavşanın 32 fibulasında yapılan kırıklardan sonra çevre dokulardaki prostoglandin miktarı laserlerden ve kontrol grubu arasında araştırılmıştır.
Sonuçlara göre laserlenen tarafta P.G. Artışı daha hızlı ve daha fazladır. Bulgular literatürde bu konuda kısıtlı çalışmalar ile karşılaştınmış ve aralarındaki ilişki irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
