Evlilik Öncesi Eğitim ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Programlarına Katılımın İncelenmesi: Bir Sistematik Derleme

Öz

Evlilik öncesi eğitim ve psikolojik danışmanlık programlarını konu edinen çok sayıda bilimsel araştırma mevcuttur. Buna rağmen, programlara katılım yetersizdir ve kimlerin katılıp katılmadığı konusunda pek az şey bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, evlilik öncesi eğitim ve psikolojik danışmanlık programlarına katılım konusunda yapılmış araştırmalar incelenerek, programlara katılım durumunu ve katılımı etkileyen faktörleri açığa çıkarmaktır. Çalışma kapsamında, PRISMA 2020 yönergelerine bağlı kalınarak WoS veri tabanında 351 makaleye ulaşılmış, bunlardan 16’sı çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Dahil edilen araştırmaların nitelik değerlendirmesi Karışık Metotlar Değerlendirme Aracı (MMAT) ile, analizi betimsel içerik analizi yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. İncelenen araştırmalarda programların türü fark etmeksizin katılımın düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımı etkileyen faktörler: bireysel, programa ilişkin ve kültürel faktörler ile çift ilişkisi faktörleri olarak dört grup altında toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların, evlilik öncesi programlara katılımı etkileyen faktörlerin bilinmesine ve öncelikle potansiyel katılımcıların teşvik edilmesine, sonrasında katılmayan grubun katılımını artıracak sosyal politikalar geliştirmeye yardımcı olacağı öngörülmektedir.
