Double Blind Refereeing Model

Artuklu Academy Journal adopts "Double Blind Referee Application" in article evaluations. For this reason, the name of the author or any information in the footnotes that would reveal the identity of the author should not be included.

All manuscripts will first be evaluated by the editor for suitability to the journal. Eligible manuscripts are sent to at least two independent expert referees to evaluate the scientific quality of the manuscript.

Manuscripts can be published with the positive decision of at least two referees. If one of the two reviewers has a negative opinion, the manuscript is sent to a third reviewer. Or, in exceptional cases, if time is short, the Editor may decide on the article instead of the third referee. For book reviews and translation articles, a decision is made after the evaluation of the language editor.

The Editor conducts fair double-blind peer review of manuscripts submitted for publication and ensures that all information about the submitted manuscripts is kept confidential before publication.
