In our journal, researches that require ethics committee permission include the following studies:
• All research conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that involve collecting data from participants through methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, experiments and interview techniques,
• Studies in which humans and animals (including materials or data) are used for experimental or other scientific purposes,

Publication Ethics Principles
Correction, Retraction, Expression of Concern
Editors may consider publishing a correction if they find minor errors in a published article that do not affect the findings, interpretations or conclusions. However, they may consider retracting the article if there are major errors or violations that could invalidate the findings and conclusions.
Editors may consider issuing a statement of concern if there is a possibility that the authors may have misused the research or publication, there is evidence that the findings are unreliable, and the institutions to which the authors are affiliated have not investigated the situation or the investigation appears inadequate or inconclusive.
In such cases of correction, retraction or expression of concern, our journal is based on the COPE guidelines.
Plagiarism Check
Plagiarism is presenting the ideas, methods, data, practices, writings, forms or works of others as one's own work in whole or in part without citing the owners in accordance with scientific rules.
Our journal screens all submitted articles to prevent plagiarism. Studies submitted for review are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin & Ithenticate software. The similarity rate is expected to be less than 20%. Studies exceeding this rate will be rejected at the preliminary review stage.
If plagiarism is detected in a study published in our journal or in the evaluation process, the following steps are meticulously applied:
• The plagiarism detection is officially notified to the university to which the author is affiliated and cooperation is made to initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
• The PDF copy of the relevant article will be removed from the journal's website and links to the article will be disabled. “Plagiarized Article” will be added to the title of the article and the violation will be publicly stated.

Article Evaluation Process
The article evaluation process in our journal consists of 4 main titles as preliminary review, referee process, revision and publication. Click here for detailed information.
1- Preliminary Review
• The manuscript is reviewed by the editor for compliance with the journal's publication principles, academic writing rules, and ISNAD Citation System, and is scanned for plagiarism using iThenticate or Turnitin. The similarity rate must be less than 20%. The manuscripts exceeding this rate are returned to the authors at the preliminary review stage.
2- Referee Process
• For manuscripts that pass the preliminary review stage, the Double Blind Review process is initiated. Within the scope of this process, the manuscript is sent to two referees who are experts in their fields for evaluation. During the refereeing process, the identities of the referees and authors are kept confidential and the process is carried out within the framework of the principle of confidentiality. In order for a study to be published in our journal, both referees must give a positive opinion. However, if one of the referees gives a positive opinion and the other a negative opinion, the manuscript is sent to a third referee for a final decision.
3- Revision Process
• In case revisions are requested by the referees, authors should mark the changes in red. Revisions made in line with referee requests are evaluated and checked first by the editor and then by the referees.
• The manuscripts whose referee process is completed are reviewed by the language editors of our journal. If deemed necessary, revisions are requested from the authors regarding language and spelling. Revisions made by the authors are reviewed and approved by the language editors.
4- Publication Process
• After undergoing technical, academic and linguistic reviews, the articles are typeset and edited, made ready for publication and published in the next issue.
