Covid-19; It has paved the way for people to re-plan their lives and create a new life order and has become a deadly global problem. Countries around the world have had to take measures to prevent the spread of the virus. One of these measures is social distance. As a result of social distance, some measures have been taken, such as closing workplaces, touristic places and country borders, starting to use the distance education model by interrupting education, quarantine practices and curfew restrictions. The most important of these measures is that many businesses switch to home working systems. However, this has opened up the impact of working from home on the work performance of employees, thus creating a research gap. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the factors affecting business performance in banks, which is one of the businesses that work from home is possible due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The data of the study were obtained from bank employees in Erzurum province by the survey method. In this sense, 311 questionnaires were evaluated. SPSS 20 statistical package program was used in the analysis of the data, and frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis and regression analysis were used. As a result, it was observed that during the Covid-19 epidemic period, the variables of working from home, job satisfaction, gender and the institution they work with had a significant effect on the job performance of bankers; The variables of work area, job motivation, age, marital status, education level, time worked in the institution and position do not have a significant effect on the job performance of bankers.
