In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of management and organization incentives on business performance in the intrapreneurship of healthcare professionals. In addition, it has been examined whether there is a difference between the management and organization incentives and job performances and demographic characteristics of the employees in their internal entrepreneurship. The data collected with the participation of 119 personnel working in a research hospital in Thrace and using the questionnaire technique were analyzed and interpreted in the SPSS 20 package program. According to the results; It has been seen that the management and organization incentives in intrapreneurship affect the work performance of the employees in a meaningful and positive way. It has been concluded that there is no difference in terms of management and organization incentives and job performance in intrapreneurship, as well as gender, age, education, income, working time in the institution, and working in another institution. Due to the understanding of the importance of the health sector during the pandemic period, it is thought that this study, in which the pre-pandemic situation of the sector is revealed, will shed light on similar studies to be conducted in the future in order to make comparisons.
