Olumsuz Beden Konuşmaları Ölçeği’nin Adolesan Kız Sporcular İçin Geçerlik ve Güvenirliği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı
Olumsuz beden konuşmaları ölçeğinin Türkçe formunun geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin
adölesan kız sporcular için sınanmasıdır. 13 madde ve 2 alt boyuttan oluşan
Olumsuz beden konuşmaları ölçeği, 297 kız (yaş=16,48 ± 1,11yıl) sporcuya
uygulanmıştır. Envanterdeki maddeler 7’li Likert derecelendirme sisteminde 1
(Hiç), 7 (Her zaman) olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Envanterin faktör yapısı AMOS
programında doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile test edilmiştir. Elde edilen faktör
değerlerinin 13 maddelik envanter için uygun olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Ölçeğin
Türkçe versiyonunun faktör yapıları envanter için doğrulanmış ve kabul
edilebilir uyum indeksi değerleri elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliği Cronbach
alfa iç tutarlık katsayısı ile incelenmiştir. Olumsuz Beden Konuşmaları ölçeği
için Cronbach's alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı sonuçları; Beden endişeleri alt
ölçeği için 0, 87 ve beden karşılaştırma alt ölçeği için 0,90 olarak
hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak OBKÖ’nün; Olumsuz beden konuşmaları hakkındaki
genel eğilimlerini değerlendirmede kullanılmak üzere geçerli ve güvenilir bir
araç olduğu doğrulanmıştır.
