4 Haftalık Tüm Vücut Titreşim Antrenmanın Dikey Sıçrama Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı sedanter erkek bireylerde uygulanan 4 haftalık tüm vücut titreşim antrenmanının dikey sıçrama üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmaya 20 gönüllü sedanter erkek katılmıştır. Katılımcıların dikey sıçrama değerlerin jump metre ile belirlemiştir. Katılımcıların dikey sıçrama performansları tüm vücüut titreşim antrenmanına başlamadan önce ve 4. haftanın sonunda olmak üzere iki kez ölçülmüştür. Grupların kendi içinde ön test ve son test arasındaki farkları paired sample t test ile analiz edilmiştir. Gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar independent sample t test kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre uygulanan tüm vücut titreşim antrenmanı sonrası dikey sıçrama performansında istatistksel olarak anlamlı fark çıkmıştır (p<0.05). Tüm vücut titreşim antrenmanın, dikey sıçrama gerektiren spor branşlarında sıçrama performansının arttıracağı düşünülmektedir.
