EXAMINATIONTION OF CORRELATION BETWEEN FACE MEASUREMENTS IN ANATOLIAN MEN

Abstract

This study was aimed to corrrelate between in facial measurements of Anatolian men. A total of 300 men 20-up years were measured by photographic method with using Image J programme. From the landmarks, 28 linear distances total nasal length, nose width, inter pupillary distance, face width, lower and total facial height etc. and 3 angular measurements nasofrontal, nasal tip and nasolabial angle were measured and calculate the correlation between in all the facial measurements by SPSS programme with pearson and spearman correlation analysis. After the calculation, there were a statistically significant high correlations between face height n-gn and interpupillar distance p-p r=0.708, p

Anadolu Erkeklerine Ait Yüzölçümleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Anadolu’da yaşayan 300 erkeğe ait yüz ölçümleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmamıza 20 yaş ve üstü 300 tane yüz bölgesinde herhangi bir travma, ameliyat geçirmemiş sağlıklı bireylerden alınan 28 doğrusal, 3 açısal ölçüm, Image J programı vasıtasıyla literatürde daha önce belirlenmiş noktalardan ölçümleri alındı. Alınan ölçümlerin birbiri arasındaki ilişkisi, SPSS programı kullanarak, normal dağılım gösterip göstermediğine bakıldıktan sonra Pearson veya Spearman korelasyon testleri ile incelendi. Hesaplamaların ardından dikey ölçümlerimizden olan yüz yüksekliği n-gn ile pupillalar arası mesafe p-p arasında yüksek korelasyon hesaplandı r=0,708, p
