COVID-19 SALGININ TÜRKİYE’NİN ENERJİ SEKTÖRÜNDEKİ ETKİLERİ VE ENERJİ POLİTİKALARININ YENİDEN YAPILANDIRILMASI ÜZERİNE EKONOMİK YÖNLÜ BİR YAKLAŞIM

Abstract

Dünyayı saran ve birçok insanı öldüren Covid-19 salgını ile ilgili tıp alanında çok sayıda çalışma söz konusudur. Ancak Covid-19’un enerji alanındaki etkilerinin yeterince incelenmediği gözlemlenmektedir ve küresel enerji sektörünün Covid-19 salgınına nasıl tepki vereceği merak edilmektedir. Ayrıca, Covid-19 krizinden hem tüketiciler hem de sektörler ciddi şekilde etkilenmiştir. Bu kriz ile tüketiciler birçok zorlukla karşılaşmış ve firmalardan beklentileri artmıştır ve pandemi surecinde enerji ve enerji sektörü büyük önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Covid-19 kriz süreci enerji sektörü çerçevesinde ekonomik bakış açısı ile kavramsal bakımdan değerlendirilerek, enerji işletmelerinin uygulaması gereken enerji politikaları ile ilgili öneriler verilmeye çalışılmıştır.
