The publisher undertakes to provide open access to the journal; therefore, it is deemed to have accepted the task of making all parts of the published content permanently and freely accessible to academic circles around the world. The publisher does not charge any material or moral fees for the processing and printing of the articles during the application process. The publisher undertakes to make the magazine content available continuously and free of charge.
The separating institution archives and protects the online content by using Lockss through Dergipark.
