According to the results of the pearson correlation analysis, it was determined that there is a moderate, positive and significant correlation between organizational innovativeness and business excellence (r=0.674; p<0.05). In addition, all factors of organizational innovation (product, process, behavioral, market and strategic innovation) were found to be related to internal and external customer satisfaction (p<0.05). Innovations made by hospitals in many areas such as business processes, strategies and service delivery enable them to keep up with patient expectations.
