ANALYSIS STUDY OF CH. A. BERIOT'S "METHODE DE VIOLON"

Abstract

Throughout the history of music, violinist-composers have done numerous studies on violin instrument techniques. These pedagogues have developed the instrument methods and techniques, such as finger number categories, bow pulling on emptywires, variety of positions and transitions, double note and chord exercises, quality sound production, and simpleto bow techniques. In the methods of pedagogues such as A. Corelli, L. Mozart, F. Geminiani, G. Tartini, P. Rode, R. Kreutzer and N. Paganini violin instrument techniques have progressed gradually and have risenupto contemporary instrument techniques. In particular, study and caprices of these pedagogues are considered important. İ. Joachim, A. Moser, L. Auer and K.Flesch’s classical methods have led to the development of modern violin teaching methods.

Beriot, who is the founder of the Belgium violin school of the XIX century, has practiced and studied the working methods of the French violin school and ultimately, the world-famous “Methode de Violon” has revealed famous work. Beriot’s violin method is a multifaceted study, which includes instrument techniques and methods, as well as explanations and suggestions of beautiful sound production. Here usually left hand finger numbers, right hand bow pulls, vibrato, portamento and so on. and theuse of these techniques related disclosures took place. The aim of there search, to analyze the study of Beriot's "Methode de Violon".

CH. A. BERİOT’UN “METHODE DE VİOLON” ÇALIŞMASINA YÖNELİK ANALİZ

Abstract

Müzik tarihi boyunca kemancı – besteciler keman çalgı teknikleri üzerine çok sayıda çalışmalar yapmışlardır. Bu pedagoglar dönem dönem ortaya çıkan metotlarında; parmak numaraları kategorilerini, boş tellerde yay çekmeyi, pozisyonlar ve geçişlerin çeşitliliğini, çift ses ve akor egzersizlerini, kaliteli ses üretimini, basitten zora doğru yay tekniklerini vb. çalgı yöntem ve tekniklerini geliştirerek her defasında üst kademeye taşımışlardır. A. Corelli, L. Mozart, F. Geminiani, G. Tartini, P. Rode, R. Kreutzer, N. Paganini vb. pedagogların metotlarında keman çalgı teknikleri aşama aşama gelişim göstermiş, çağdaş çalgı tekniklerine kadar yükselmiştir. Metodolojik açıdan özellikle bu pedagogların etüt-kaprisleri önemli sayılmaktadır. İ. Joachim, A. Moser, L. Auer, K. Flesch’in klasik metotları genel olarak modern keman öğretme yöntemlerinin geliştirilmesini sağlamıştır.

XIX. yüzyıl Belçika keman okulunun kurucusu olarak bilinen Beriot, Fransa keman okulunun ona aktardığı çalışma metotlarını kendi üzerinde çalışarak uygulamış, sonuçta dünya çapında “Methode de Violon” gibi ünlü çalışmayı ortaya koymuştur. Beriot'un metodu, keman teknikleri ve yöntemlerinin yanı sıra güzel ses üretiminin açıklamalarını ve önerilerini içeren çok yönlü bir çalışmadır. Metotta genellikle sol ve sağ el teknikleri, örneğin, vibrato, detache, legato, staccato, portamento, çift sesler vb. kullanımı ile ilgili açıklamalar yer almıştır. Araştırmadaki amaç, Ch. A. Beriot’un “Methode de Violon” çalışmasını incelemek, metodu araştırmaktır.
