Açık Kaynak Kodlu Yazılımlar ve Jamovi İstatistik Yazılımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada açık ve kapalı kaynak kodlu işletim sistemleri ve programlar değerlendirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda açık kaynak kodlu-Jamovi ve kapalı kaynak kodlu-SPSS istatistiksel yazılımları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Açık kaynak kodlu işletim sistemleri ve istatistiksel yazılımlar daha şeffaf ve ücretsiz olsalar da araştırmalarda kapalı kaynak kodlu işletim sistemleri ve yazılımların egemen olduğu görülmektedir. Bilim insanları her zaman araştırmalarında şeffaflık, bağımsızlık ve tarafsızlığı savunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, işletim sistemlerinin ve istatistiksel yazılımlarının seçiminde şeffaflığı ve tarafsızlığı göz ardı edebilmektedirler.

Open Source Softwares and Jamovi Statistical Software

Abstract

Open and closed source operating systems and softwares are evaluated in this study. In this context, open source coded-Jamovi and closed source coded-SPSS statistical softwares have been examined. While open source coded operating systems and statistical softwares are more transparent and free, closed source coded systemsk and softwares are dominant in research. Scientists are always committed to independent, transparent and unbiased research. However, they can ignore transparency and neutrality in the selection of operating systems and statistical software.
