The purpose of study is to examine importance of cultural intelligence and it’s effect in the process of being able to manage cultural differences on managers of A group travel agencies. In this regard, it is tested in travel agencies the hypotheses oriented cultural intelligence – cultural differences management relationship that can be inferentilly told with reference to literature for tourism sector. As a result of this testing, the importance of the study is to reveal using cultural intelligence of managers in the process of managing cultural differences in the travel agencies. For this importance and purpose, 310 survey were implemented on local and foreign managers of A group travel agencies in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, Mugla. The findings were commented by analyzing. In the study, cultural intelligence was discovered strategic importance in the process of cultural differences management by using structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, it was determined a positive relationship between the cultural intelligence level of managers and management of cultural differences.
As long as the cultural intelligence level of managers increase, management of cultural differences
also get strong was stated.
