Otel İşletmelerinde İş ve İşletme ile İlgili Faktörlerin İşgören Tatmini Üzerindeki Görece Etkisi: Nevşehir Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, otel işletmelerinde işgören tatminini belirleyen iş ve işletme ile ilgili değişken kümelerinin (gruplandırılmış değişkenlerin) iş tatminini açıklamadaki görece önemini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, otel işletmelerinde işgören tatminini belirleyen değişken kümelerini kapsayan bir model önerilmiş ve bu değişken gruplarının iş tatmini üzerindeki görece önemi, hiyerarşik çoklu reg-resyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, otel çalışanlarının iş tatmini üzerinde en çok etkiye sahip değişken kümelerinin sırasıyla, İnsan kaynakları yönetimi uygulamaları ve sosyal ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın stres veya rol faktörleri, işin özellikleri ve fiziksel ortam ile ilgili değişken kümelerinin iş tatminini açıklama açısından önemli olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır.
