Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir 2. Lig fuıbol takımının hazırlık sezonu öncesi-sonrasında fizikscl ve
fizyolojik parametrelerinin tespit edılınesi ve bu periyot anırenınanlarının seçilen parametrelere
etkisini incelemektir. Araştımıa grubunn futboloynama süreleri ı O.53±2.60 yıl, yaş ortalaması
20.71± i .86 yıl ve boy uzunluğu ı 81. l2±5.72 cm olan i 7 profesyonel futbolcu oluşturmuştur.
Yapılan çalışma sonucunda hazırlık sezonu anırenmanlarının sistolik-diastolik kan basıncı, pençe
kuvveti, 3l1aerobik güç ve solunum parametreleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı bulunmuştur
(P>Ü.05). Diğer taraftan vücut ağırlığı. istirahat kalp 3tım sayısı, VY%, Max.Vü2 ve 50 yard sürat
parametrelerinde anlamlı düzeyde bir arllş tespir edilmiştir (P<0.05).

SUMMARY
The purpose of rhis stlldy; detennined physical and physiology parameters of 2. League soccer team
on the before & after of the pre-se3son and exaınined impact of this period training on the choosing
parametel's. 17 professional soccer players whose their mean spon panicipation period was
IO.53±2.60 year. the!r mean age was 20.71±1.86 year, their mean length was 181.12±5.72 cm
included this investigation group.
The eııd of this studies; was found which the pre-season rmining weren't significanıly differences on
the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, hand grip, anaerobic power and respirarory parameters. The
other ways; detennined significant!y differences of body mass, resting heartbeaı. VY %, MaxVü" and
50 yard speed paranıeters.
