Preventive Restoration Of A Complicated Crown-Root Fracture: A Case Report

Abstract

Dentoalveolar traumas occured more frequently in young patient and most affected teeth are maxillary incisors.This case report describes, a complicated crown-root fracture of a maxillary central incisor teeth, and its treatment with Cvek amputation and original tooth fragment. After 1 year follow-up, tooth was clinically asymptomatic and radiographical appearance was normal.

Bir Komplike Kron-Kök Kırığının Koruyucu Restorasyonu: Vaka Raporu

Abstract

Dentoalveolar travma, genellikle genç hastalarda meydana gelir ve travmadan en çok etkilenen dişler maksillar kesici dişlerdir. Bu vaka raporunda, travma sonucu komplike kron-kök kırığı meydana gelen maksillar santral kesici dişin parsiyel amputasyon (Cvek amputasyonu) ile kendi diş parçası kullanılarak yapılan koruyucu restorasyonu ve 1 yıllık takibi sunulmaktadır. 1 yıllık takip sonucunda dişte klinik ve radyografik olarak herhangi bir patolojiye rastlanmamıştır.
