Üç Olgu Nedeniyle İntrüzyon Tedavisi

Abstract

Amaç: Dişin alveol kemiği içerisine doğru gömülmesi olarak tanımlanan intrüzyon yaralanmaları, lüksasyon yaralanmalarının en ağır tipidir ve hem yumuşak hem de sert dokuların hasarı ile sonuçlanmaktadır. Bu durum tedavi yaklaşımını zorlaştırırken, travma sonrası ve tedaviyi takiben rastlanması muhtemel komplikasyonların önemini de arttırmaktadır. Kliniğimizde tedavi ettiğimiz üç farklı intrüzyon olgusu makalede sunulmuştur. Olgu Sunumu: Birinci olguda farklı bir klinikte intrüzyon tedavisi gören hastanın kliniğimizdeki teşhis ve geç tedavisi anlatılırken, ikinci olguda daimi diş intrüzyon, üçüncü olguda ise süt dişi intrüzyon olgularının teşhis ve tedavileri anlatılmıştır. Sonuç: Daimi ve süt dişlerinde görülen intrüzyon yaralanmalarında tedavi seçenekleri farklılık gösterirken, her olgu da kendi içerisinde tedavi farklılığı göstermektedir. Başarılı bir tedavi için detaylı radyografik ve klinik değerlendirmeler yapılmalıdır
