Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı anterior iliak krestten greft alımı sonucu oluşan donör saha morbiditesini retrospektif olarak değerlendirmektir. Hasta ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada 20062010 yılları arasında anterior iliak kristadan greft alınan 15 hasta retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Donör bölgeler büyük ve küçük komplikasyonlar açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Veriler fiziksel muayene kayıtlarından ve hastalara uygulanan anket sonuçlarından elde edilmiştir. Bulgular: Kronik ağrı ,kalıcı duyu kaybı ,opere edilen tarafta ayaklarının üzerine basmakta, yürümekte ve bacak hareketlerinde zorluk hiçbir hastada görülmemiştir. 1 hastada (%6.5) estetik memnuniyetsizlik görülmüştür. Postoperatif hematom ve enfeksiyon görülmemiştir. Sonuç: Anterior iliak krest bölgesinden greft alma işleminde donör saha morbiditesinin düşük olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır
