Cam fiber post uygulaması: iki olgu sunumu ve iki yıllık takibi.

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı aşırı madde kaybına uğramış dişlerde kök kanallarından destek alınarak yapılan restoratif uygulamalarda cam fiber post kullanımının değerlendirilmesidir. Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi, Endodonti kliniğine başvuran 12 ve 21 yaşlarındaki 2 erkek hastanın yapılan klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirmeleri sonucu 12 yaşındaki hastanın 22 nolu dişine ve 21 yaşındaki hastanın 21 nolu dişine kök kanal tedavisi yapılması ve aşırı madde kaybından dolayı üst restorasyonlarının kök kanalından destek alınarak cam fiber post uygulaması ile yapılmasına karar verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu 2 vakada da kök kanal dolgusu yapıldıktan 2 gün sonra cam fiber post core uygulaması yapılmış ve hastalar 2 yıllık takibe alınmıstır
