Abstract

Mandibular birinci veya ikinci molar dişlerin gömülü kalma durumu çok sık gözlenmemektedir. Ayrıca, ektopik yerleşimleri çok nadirdir. Literatürde; kondiler, koronoid ve ramus bölgesinde ektopik olarak yerleşim gösteren mandibular üçüncü molar dişler rapor edilmiştir, ancak koronoid çıkıntı bölgesinde ektopik yerleşim gösteren mandibular molar dişin rapor edildiği bir olgu sunulmuştur. Bu olgu raporunda, koronoid çıkıntı altında nadiren gömülü kalan ektopik daimi mandibular molar diş sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, sendromu olmayan oligodonti hastasında bu anatomik pozisyonda ektopik yerleşim gösteren mandibular molar dişin sunulduğu ilk rapordur. Dişin orijini ve tedavi seçenekleri tartışılmaktadır
