Abstract

Oligodonti, 3. molar dişler haricinde, 6 veya daha fazla sayıda sürekli diş germinin eksikliği olarak tanımlanır. Çok ender görülen bir anomalidir. Hastalar genellikle fazla sayıda diş eksikliği nedeniyle oluşan estetik ve fonksiyonel bozukluklardan dolayı tedaviye ihtiyaç duyarlar. Dişlerin eksikliği çiğneme bozukluklarına ve sosyal problemlere neden olur. Oligodonti hastalarının rehabilitasyonu genellikle cerrah, ortodontist ve protez uzmanının işbirliği içerisinde çalışması ile sağlanır. Bu vaka sunumunda sendromsuz oligodonti görülen 17 yaşında rehabilitasyonu sunulmuştur
