YEDİNCİ JENERASYON ADEZİV SİSTEMLERİNİN DENTİNE MAKASLAMA BAĞLANMA DAYANIMLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Amaç: Yeni jenerasyon adeziv sistemler uygulandıklarında diş yüzeyini aynı anda demineralize ederken hem de bu alanlara penetre olabilmeleri için düşük ph’ya sahip bazı rezin primerler içerir. Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı güncel üç farklı yedinci jenerasyon adeziv sistemin dentine makaslama bağlanma dayanımınlarını karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada 45 adet çekilmiş 20 yaş dişi kullanıldı. Oklüzal mine kesilerek düz dentin yüzeyleri açığa çıkarıldı ve 600 gridlik zımpara ile standart smear tabakası elde edildi. Dişler rastgele üç gruba ayrıldı. Bu çalışmada üç adet all-in-one adeziv sistem kullanıldı; Bond Force (Tokuyama, JAPONYA), Xeno V (Densply, ALMANYA) ve Optibond All-In-One (Kerr, ABD). Adeziv sistemler firmanın talimatlarına göre dentin yüzeylerine uygulandı. Bonding uygulanan dentin yüzeylerine her adeziv sistemin rezin kompoziti uygulama apareyi ile (Ultradent) yerleştirildi. Bonding ve kompozit LED ışık kaynağı ile polimerize edildi. Örnekler 24 saat oda sıcaklığında su içerisinde bekletildikten sonra makaslama bağlanma testi 0,5mm/dak hızla üniversal bir test cihazı kullanılarak yapıldı. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizi Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi ve Tukey HSD testleri ile yapıldı. Bulgular: İstatistiksel analizler Xeno V (25,15 ± 7,6 mpa) ve Optibond (31,08 ± 7,63 mpa) arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmadığını göstedi (p>0,05).
