Abstract

Travmatik anterior diş kırıkları dental yaralanmaların yaygın bir şeklidir ve tedavileri diş hekimliğinde önemli bir yer tutar. Travma nedeniyle hastalar, hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik olarak etkilenirler. Bu durum travma geçiren çocukların ailelerini de kaygılandırmaktadır. Travma nedeniyle etkilenen daimi diş, hasta açısından neden olabileceği fonksiyonel bozukluklarla birlikte özellikle genç hastalarda estetik açıdan da büyük bir problem olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Endodontik tedavili dişlerde estetik, esneklik ve yenilenebilme özelliklerinden dolayı geleneksel post materyallere alternatif olarak yapışabilen güçlendirilmiş fiberler kullanılabilmektedir. Sunulan bu olgu raporunda, travma sonucu gerçekleşmiş bir komplike kuron kırığı olgusunda uygulanan tedavi yaklaşımı bildirilmiştir. Özellikle genç bireylerde radikal tedavi yöntemlerini uygulamadan önce fiber kompozit post-kor ve direk kompozit rezin uygulamaları estetiğin sağlanması için etkili bir alternatif tedavi olabilir
