Abstract

Tam protezlerle ilgili kar la lan güçlüklerden biri maksiller anterior di lerin seçimidir. Tam di siz hastalar için di seçimi yap l rken, günümüzde çok say da anatomik yap rehber olarak kullan lmaktad r.Bu çal man n amac üst iki bukkal frenulumla üst altanterior diara t rmakt r. ;rreversible hidrokolloid ölçü maddesi ve fabrikasyon ka klar kullan larak 50 adet ölçü al narak model haz rland . Ölçüsü al nan ve ya lar 19-22 aras nda olan bireylerde üst çenede diolmamas na ve herhangi bir restorasyon bulunmamas na dikkat edildi. Modeller üzerinde üst alt di in mesiodistal geni likleri ve kaninlerin en distal noktalar ile bukkal frenulumlar n anterior s n raras ndaki mesafe dijital kumpas kullan larak ölçüldü. Sonuçlar korelasyon ve regresyon istatistik testleri ile de:erlendirildi. ;statistiksel analiz sonuçlar na göre bukkal frenulumlarla anterior di ler aras nda anlamlbir ili ki oldu:u görüldü.
