Abstract

Lokal anestezikler kullanarak hastan n a2r s n nkontrol alt na al nmas , ba ar l dental tedavinin en önemli faktörlerinden biridir. Çal mam z n amac ,octapressin içeren Prilocain (CitanestR) ile epinephrine HCL içeren Articain HCL (Ultracain DS-ForteR)’ün molar di çekimi takibinde geli en a2r n n kontrolü üzerine olan etkilerini ve bu iki ajan n güvenilirli2ini kar la t rmakt . Post-operatif a2r kontrolleri aç s ndan yaln z 4. saatte istatistiksel olarak anlaml bir fark gözlendi. Ayr ca, Articain HCL veya Prilocain ile ilgili ciddi bir ters etki gözlenmedi. Bu çal man nsonuçlar na dayanarak, postoperatif a2r kontrolünde her iki anestezik solüsyonun sadece benzer ekilde bir etkiye sahip olmad klar n ayn zamanda güvenli olarak kullan labileceklerini de dü ünmekteyiz
