Abstract

Diş gelişimi, erken embriyonik dönemde gerçekleşen önemli olaylardan biridir. Bu dönemde, embriyonik hücre göçünün zamanlamasında pek çok endojen ve eksojen faktörün iş gördüğü anlaşılmıştır. Gelişim biyolojisindeki en temel konulardan biri, doku sinyallerinin nasıl ve nereden gönderildiğidir. Biz de bu çalışmada, dişlerin embriyonik gelişimi üzerine etkisi olduğu düşünülen sinyalizasyon ağları hakkında derleme yapmayı amaçladık
