Abstract

maddelerinin posterior dişlerde kullanımı da artmıştır. Posterior rezin kompozit restorasyonların yapımı sırasındaki en büyük problemlerden biri, restorasyonun komşu diş ile sıkı bir temasının ve proksimal konturunun uygun bir şekilde oluşturulmasıdır. Bu derlemede, uygun aproksimal temas ve kontur oluşturmak için kullanılan matris bantları, kamalar ve separasyonun önemi vurgulanmış, güncel çevresel ve bölümlü matris sistemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve klinik uygulamaları anlatılmıştır
