Abstract
Anterior dişlerin sürme yolundaki bir anomali fasiyal estetiği olumsuz etkilediği gibi bu dişlerin gömülü kalmasına da sebep olabilir. Maksiller keserlerin gömülü kalma sıklığı %0.06 ile %0.2 arasında değişmektedir. Anterior dişlerin gömülü kalmasına en çok sebep olan etkenler odontoma, süpernümerer dişler ve yer kaybıdır. Bu vaka raporunda sebebiyle gömülü kalmış bir maksiller santral kesici yolundaki
